Dicen Que La Muerte Murió is the new EP of Colombian band Sonoras Mil.
It contains two brand new songs which are the first taste of their third studio album to be released in 2024.

The two new tracks bring a fresh air to the well known sonic eclecticism.
In the first track, Dicen que la muerte murió, you can hear a kind of a nostalgia of the Latinamerican Rock Pop from the 80s, mixed with psychedelic tropicalsm and some king of electro experimental Rock.

The vocals have this edgy punk colour that gets along well with the wide pallet of sounds.

The seond track, Calderas Xur has a downtempo reflexive sound. It can be defined as tribal jungle showgaze Rock, but its mixture of sounds and vibes goes beyond that weird term.
The chorus brings a fresh psych salsa vibe into the song, mixed with a reggae jam voice and trip hop - latin- moods.
